In-store Return Policy
– All returns or exchanges must be in new condition with original packaging & original sales receipt.
– No Refunds after 14 days from date of purchase.
– Special Orders, including all Timepieces, are final sale and not returnable.
– Merchandise that has been altered in any way is not returnable.
Online Returns, Refunds, Cancellations or Changing order
If you wish to return your item within 14 days from when it was received, for a refund, you must contact us to get an RA#. This RA# number must be written on the package as well as included inside of the package being returned, so that we can properly credit your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to our error.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.
If item(s) returned not in their original state and condition, all return privileges will be withdrawn.

At Euro Design Jewelry, we warranty all our products to the highest standard available in the jewelry industry. If there is any problem with your piece of jewelry, within 60 days of your purchase, please contact our customer service at (508) 655-8578. If it is determined to be a design flaw, your product will be replaced at no charge to you. We will warranty any piece for 60 days based on average daily wear. We will not be responsible for articles damaged due to customer abuse. We reserve the right to refuse a repair and the warranty will be voided in the following cases: The piece was repaired or altered by a third party. The piece is damaged beyond repair. Natural variations and imperfections in products made in whole or in part of natural materials, such as gemstones, are not considered defects. A small degree of asymmetry, measurement variations, and minor irregularities are acceptable due to unique nature of jewelry created by human hands without the use of heavy machinery or casting. Metal may be affected by an insignificant amount of porosity. It may scratch, bend or crack under excessive stress. Proper care must be exercised by the consumer to wear, store, and clean the product.
After Warranty Period
After your 60 days warranty is over, we recommend taking advantage of our free Lifetime inspection and cleaning services. Since jewelry is susceptible to normal wear and tear, while we inspecting you piece, we can catch any necessary repairs needed. Damage resulted from regular wear and tear is not considered to be a manufacturing defect. However we will always make an effort to repair and restore any pieces purchased from Euro Design Jewelry for reasonable charges. We could offer assistance in filing a claim with your insurance company.
Payment Plans & Layaway
In order to provide you with the best possible experience at Euro Design Jewelry, we offer easy and convenient layaway and payment plans for all of our products. For in stock items, a 20% down payment is required. The remaining 80% is to be paid monthly over a three month period. To keep your account in good standing, monthly payments must be made on time. Any items that are not paid for in full within the three month period forfeit all prior payments. We do not accept returns or exchanges on layaway items.
Free Cleaning & Inspection
Euro Design Jewelry offers free lifetime cleaning and stone inspections on every piece bought from our store or website.
Most of our items are limited in quantity. If an item is out of stock please contact us via email or phone in order to remedy the situation.
All customized items are special orders and take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
